Robert Mueller has now finished his investigation and handed the report to Attorney General William Barr. Most everyone else still don’t know what’s in it. Earlier, Suzanne Garment, who lived through Watergate up-close and personal, listed some serious issues that won’t be in the report. These policy and political crack-ups are missing because they are outside Mueller’s mandate. Read it and weep.
